InFlux is open and willing to take risks, having the courage to cross boundaries. Productions are bound to dance as an art form- scenic dance theatre or abstract dancing imagery is represented through a high standard of musicality and unchangeable characters. i nFlux is a professional company accustomed to interdisciplinary collaborations, also with groups outside of the artistic field. Lucía Baumgartner’s vast experience and competence in project management as well as her loyalty, are greatly appreciated by those who work with her.

Social Projects
All company members have a fundamental pedagogical know-how in artisitic work with amateurs and professionals, as well as with people in socially challenging situations or with disabilities. InFlux is experienced in teaching and leading workshops, creating an atmosphere for learning which develops self-discipline in a motivating environment.
